Client Servicing Associate

You will be the person each client speaks to. You keep work moving between the client and the delivery team, manage expectations honestly, and make sure nothing agreed on a call quietly disappears.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship: regular check-ins, monthly reviews and the awkward conversations too.
- Translate: turn what a client asks for into a brief the team can act on.
- Track delivery: chase internally so the client does not have to.
- Spot growth: notice when a client needs something more and say so.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in account management, client servicing or customer success.
- Calm under a complaint, and clear in writing.
- Organised enough to hold ten clients in your head and a system for the rest.
